As part of large industry teams, JAMSLUG demonstrated the technical viability and market scalability of integrated technology packages - working with technologies like HVAC, lighting and plug load controls; smart daylight harvesting; building software platforms; and advanced metering.
Local Building Energy Reach Codes
JAMSLUG is partnering with cities, utilities, and community choice aggregators across California to set reach code goals, gain community support, and demonstrate cost effectiveness. For example, the City of Santa Monica which set aggressive reach codes for residential and non-residential buildings, including a first-of-its-kind ZNE code for single family and multifamily homes.
